N&rsquo;avez-vous jamais entendu des parents r\u00e9p\u00e9ter \u00e0 leur enfant \u00ab\u00a0Un gar\u00e7on \u00e7a ne pleure pas\u00a0\u00bb ? Ainsi, en recherchant l&rsquo;amour, la reconnaissance, l&rsquo;enfant n&rsquo;exprime plus ses \u00e9motions, il \u00e9vite de piquer des col\u00e8res ou d&rsquo;\u00e9clater en sanglots. L&rsquo;enfant a donc appris \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler ses \u00e9motions et \u00e0 ne pas les exprimer, \u00e0 porter un masque social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pourtant, <strong>refouler ses \u00e9motions ne m\u00e8ne nulle part<\/strong>. Car une fois adulte, l&rsquo;\u00e9motion nous reparle de son pass\u00e9 et apparait comme perturbateur, d\u00e9stabilisant. Cette \u00e9motion peut nous renvoyer \u00e0 une situation de g\u00eane, de douleur, voire de traumatisme. Pour nous d\u00e9fendre, car nous nous sentons menac\u00e9s, pour pr\u00e9server notre int\u00e9grit\u00e9 psychique et parfois physique, nous nous coupons de nos ressentis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Et au lieu de comprendre cette \u00e9motion et d&rsquo;agir (<strong>une \u00e9motion exprime un besoin et permet de comprendre ce qui se passe en nous<\/strong>), nous verrouillons nos \u00e9motions, nous ne nous exprimons plus ou peu, et apparaissons comme froids et indiff\u00e9rents. C&rsquo;est alors que de la tension int\u00e9rieure surgit, ainsi qu&rsquo;une absence de relation authentique avec les autres, la m\u00e9connaissance de soi,&#8230; et \u00e0 un stade plus avanc\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention de nos \u00e9motions, il y a somatisations avec des troubles passagers, et des maladies peuvent appara\u00eetre: ulc\u00e8res, troubles du sommeil, baisses des d\u00e9fenses immunitaires,&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: medium;\"><strong>* Pourquoi travailler avec les chevaux ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les chevaux sont <strong>des experts en agilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle<\/strong>, et ils ont une incroyable facilit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leurs \u00e9motions, de fa\u00e7on extr\u00eamement simple et efficace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le cheval fonctionne en <strong>4 \u00e9tapes tr\u00e8s simples<\/strong>: il prend l&rsquo;\u00e9motion comme une information, et il ne la juge ni bonne ni mauvaise. Avec cette \u00e9motion qui lui transmet une information, il pose la question li\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9motion. Puis il agit en fonction, et finalement il retourne brouter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notez au passage que le cheval ne s&rsquo;attarde pas sur \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;histoire\u00a0\u00bb qui a engendr\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9motion, ne rumine pas sans fin sur les d\u00e9tails de la situation inconfortable qui s&rsquo;est produite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors nous aussi humains, nous avons la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;appliquer le m\u00eame processus, qui nous permet de <strong>mieux vivre nos \u00e9motions avec facilit\u00e9, aisance et confort<\/strong>, sans jamais les ignorer ou les refouler.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: medium;\"><strong>* Exemple: traitement de l&rsquo;\u00e9motion col\u00e8re<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prenons le cas de l&rsquo;\u00e9motion col\u00e8re. La col\u00e8re signifie que quelqu&rsquo;un d\u00e9passe nos limites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S&rsquo;il sent l&rsquo;\u00e9motion de la col\u00e8re arriver en lui dans son corps, le cheval prend conscience que quelqu&rsquo;un a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 ses limites. Il se pose alors la question \u00ab\u00a0Quelle limite a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e et comment je peux r\u00e9tablir mes limites\u00a0\u00bb. Il va agir pour r\u00e9tablir ses limites, puis il retourne brouter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passons maintenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;humain. Si quelqu&rsquo;un d\u00e9passe mes limites et que je sens la col\u00e8re monter en moi, dans mon corps, je me demande alors <strong>quelle limite a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9e<\/strong>. J&rsquo;agis ensuite pour r\u00e9tablir mes limites, puis je retourne \u00e0 mes occupations, je ne vais pas retourner brouter&#8230; mais je me re-concentre sur ce que je faisais, sans rester coinc\u00e9 dans cette \u00e9motion de col\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: medium;\"><strong>* Et si je n&rsquo;applique pas ce processus et que j&rsquo;ignore mon \u00e9motion ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si vous ignorez votre \u00e9motion, elle va rester en vous, et elle va pouvoir s&rsquo;intensifier, avec des cons\u00e9quences qui peuvent \u00eatre importantes, voire dramatiques sur le plan de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La col\u00e8re s&rsquo;intensifie en panique ou en rage<\/strong>. L&rsquo;\u00e9motion am\u00e8ne l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire au niveau du corps et au niveau du mental pour pouvoir agir, mais ici pas de la bonne fa\u00e7on. Car ayant ignor\u00e9 votre \u00e9motion, elle va rester en vous et s&rsquo;intensifier, peut-\u00eatre en rage, jusqu&rsquo;au moment o\u00f9 vous allez d\u00e9charger cette col\u00e8re. Et vous d\u00e9chargez alors votre col\u00e8re sur un innocent qui est la au mauvais endroit et au mauvais moment&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: medium;\"><strong>* Quand intervient la lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous savez maintenant que vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de mieux vivre vos \u00e9motions en 4 \u00e9tapes tr\u00e8s simples et tr\u00e8s rapides. Cela n\u00e9cessite de rester pr\u00e9sent, et d&rsquo;avoir \u00ab\u00a0Le courage de sentir et la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;agir\u00a0\u00bb (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.coaching-par-le-cheval.com\/blog\/approche-eponaquest\/qui-est-linda-kohanov-523.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Linda Kohanov<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute de ses sensations est le premier pas vers la lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle. Celle-ci intervient <strong>quand on re\u00e7oit le message<\/strong> derri\u00e8re des sentiments qui peuvent sembler \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e9gatifs\u00a0\u00bb. Lorsque que l&rsquo;<strong>on change quelque chose pour y r\u00e9pondre<\/strong>, ils se dissolvent alors d\u2019eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: medium;\"><strong>* La charte des messages \u00e9motionnels Eponaquest\u00ae<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La \u00ab\u00a0Charte des messages \u00e9motionnels\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Linda Kohanov.
